Figma to HubSpot: what a landing-page implementation should include

A practical handover checklist for translating supplied designs into a usable HubSpot page, informed by our Fyle landing-page project.

Quick answer: Agree the page sections, responsive behaviour, editing requirements and conversion action before implementing a Figma design in HubSpot. The delivery scope should distinguish supplied design, page development, form configuration and measurement.

Define the contribution

For Fyle, Jalfredde developed a HubSpot landing page based on supplied Figma designs. The screenshots in our case study show the product hero and an accounting-firm section. This was page implementation, not the development of Fyle's expense-management product or authorship of the supplied design.

That distinction matters when commissioning a similar project. Decide who supplies the design, copy, images and brand assets, and who approves changes when a design needs adapting for the web. Missing assets or unresolved content can delay a build even when the development requirements look straightforward.

Agree behaviour across screen sizes

A desktop frame does not fully specify a mobile experience. Discuss navigation, column order, image treatment, button widths and long text. Identify which elements should remain visible and whether a product screenshot needs an alternative presentation on a narrow screen.

Include keyboard operation, visible focus, readable text and useful image descriptions in the review. A layout can resemble the original design and still be difficult to use. Responsive and accessibility checks should be part of the agreed acceptance criteria, not assumed from a single screenshot.

Clarify what editors can change

Ask how the marketing team will maintain the page. Which headings, images, links and sections should be editable? Does a reusable page structure serve several campaigns, or is this one defined landing page? Review the available HubSpot account and implementation options before promising a particular setup.

The main action also needs a complete journey. For a demo request, specify the destination, required information, confirmation state and responsible recipient. Form routing, CRM workflows and email follow-up may require separate configuration. They should not be silently included or assumed to exist because a button says Get a demo.

Review before launch

Use an acceptance checklist covering the agreed layout, content, mobile behaviour, links, forms and editing experience. Confirm titles, descriptions and the intended public URL. If conversion measurement is in scope, define the event and test it without introducing unnecessary personal data.

A completed page is evidence of a delivered asset. A claim about higher conversion requires a reliable baseline, measured results and context about traffic and other changes. We do not infer that improvement from visual quality alone.

Editorial notes

Based on the client work described by Alfred. The commissioning checklist is guidance for a future project, not a statement that every item was part of the Fyle engagement.

How to prevent duplicate CRM contacts without bad merges

Prevent duplicates by defining record identity, matching incoming data, and reviewing uncertain matches. Do not treat similar names or shared phone numbers as proof that two records belong to the same person.
